National Research Corporation conducts a random sampling of patients who have used various Lee Health services. This includes services among the entire continuum of care, including a stay at one of our hospitals; visit to an outpatient facility or the emergency department; a physician office visit; inpatient rehabilitation; and Home Health.

We know that choosing a health care provider is an important decision, and we appreciate your confidence in us. At Lee Health our medical staff, nurses, hospital and administrative staff, and volunteers will provide the best possible care.
